Cancellation Policy

1. In the event of a cancellation more than 6 weeks prior to arrival (after payment of deposit and prior to payment of balance), Lee Fields Lodge will be re-advertised as available. If the lodge is re-let, then the deposit will be refunded in full. If we are unable to re-let the deposit is non-refundable.   

2. In the event of a cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to arrival (following payment of the balance),  Lee Fields Lodge will be re-advertised as available, if the lodge is re-let at the original advertised price, the deposit and balance will be paid back in full. If we are unable to re-let the lodge, the balance payment will be refunded.      
                                                                                                   

3. If a request for a change of dates more than 6 weeks prior to arrival (after payment of deposit and prior to payment of the balance), the booking will be transferred to the new date (subject to availability) and the deposit will be transferred in full to the new booking date.     
   

4. If a request for a change of dates less than 4 weeks prior to arrival (after payment of deposit and balance) the policy in point 2 above applies.                                                                          

5. All refunds will be reimbursed immediately after the departure date of original reservation.      
 

6. If a holiday period is reduced, for whatever reason, the hirer remains liable for the full balance already paid.
